As a principal and president of Callander Associates, Mr. Fletcher is leading the continued growth and development of the 39-year old landscape architecture and urban design practice. His commitment to community-based architecture and the design process has garnered several design awards and, more importantly, a real sense of pride and ownership from the community. These include Centennial Way in South San Francisco, Virginia Corridor in Modesto, Laurel Street Streetscape in San Carlos, and Stockton Marina and Promenade. Currently, he is working with Bay area communities on a number urban connectivity projects. Mr. Fletcher earned his Bachelors of Arts in Landscape Architecture from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo where he received an ASLA National Honor Award for Excellence in the Study of Landscape Architecture. |

He is a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects, was the President of the AIA East Bay Chapter in 2000, and currently serves as the Chair of the Urban Design Committee of the American Institute of Architects, California Council. |

Prior to joining the City of Glendale, Stephanie had similar roles for the City of Long Beach and the City of Santa Monica.Stephanie has also practiced architecture and urban design for 18+ years on her own and with a variety of firms in Los Angeles and New York. Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University, and her Master of Architecture from Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc), and has taught design and other topics at design and architecture schools in both LA and NY. She moved to Los Angeles from New York City in 1991 to be a part of building a great city. |
