Young Architect Award – Kevin deFreitas, AIA
This award is given to a young architect who has shown exceptional leadership and made significant contributions to the profession in an early stage of his/her architectural career. Kevin deFreitas, a native of San Diego, began his collegiate studies at the University of San Diego, and earned his Bachelors in Architecture from the University of Arizona. Kevin has a deep sense of civic commitment and responsibility and has served as a board member on several non-profits and community planning groups.
